How to Populate Select Box using Javascript?

Dynamic Combo box using Javascript

I was making Timetable management Project in ASP. The user has to select Start time and End time of a Period. If he has selected 11:30 as Start Time, then the End Time Select box SHOULD NOT have values less than 11:30. The javascript I have developed for dynamically creating such kind of select box is given here. 25-Sep 2008
