reenachitra (9 months ago) is it all? purpose flour or chapati flour?
seruppadi (8 months ago) It's maida, not all purpose flour or atta. People? often confuse maida with all purpose floor. All purpose flour simply doesn't have the gluten or starch to stretch as thin as maida does. You can also notice that maida is a lot smoother and whiter than all purpose flour.
